    It's when your memory (ram) suddenly increases without explanation, causing your computer to become sluggish. I have 6gb and while playing bf3 i only use about 2-3gb, but bf3 doesn't support win8 yet and amd is a ****** so my shit leaks to about 4.5-5gb sometimes.
