Best mecha for a level 35 star captain?

I've haven't played the game in while, but I want to get into again, currently I'm level 35 and have a level 16 warbear...yea ik. So what are the best mechs for a level 35 player? What are best mechs 30, 40+? Price doesn't matter of course (generator).

Location: Planet Romero --> Vend-O-Tron --> Shops --> Valkyrie Prime
Requirements for Unlocking: Completing the S.S. Paladin mission

Master Blaster mecha was a limited-time monthly mech from two years ago, the only way you could get it now is to load a shop, which might have had its inventory replaced.
