Does anyone one a bukkit plugin where I can exempt some players from being attacked by mobs or lower the damage the mobs deal to these players? (its somehow designed to be a VIP feature)

I believe MC NoTarget - Bukkit is worth trying out.

Maybe you can help me with one more plugin.
So it should be something like that:
Player needs 4 blocks (eg iron/gold...)
Places these 4 blocks in square
Types in a command -> area inside these blocks is protected (like only the block owner can place&destroy blocks)
Or maybe a similar plugin?

I think it does if you set a region in between the blocks (in this case, the square.) Once the region is set only the owner of the region can break/place inside the selected area unless you are OP. But then of course, the player making the square would need the permission for making regions.
