You want to change the minecraft version the hack client was made for, right?
If you dont have any coding knowledge you are out of luck. Your only chance is to find the old/new version of the client somewhere.

Just grab the .jar of your hacked client in that specific version.

I believe you'd have to learn how to code because you need to have all the mods function with each other, if you update each mod seperately, you may get an error. But you can give it a shot if you want.
