Due to multiple cases of abuse and constant usage of proxy software by scammers and cheaters, starting from today we will be blacklisting this kind of software.
If for some reason you have this kind of PROXY Software installed, please shut it down while playing Combat Arms Europe to prevent your game client closing.
To protect our community we have no other choice.

PROXY Software
A proxy is a software to change you IP. Now, who don't have a dynamic IP, if get IP ban can't play CA anymore 
dont know why not allowed in ca(i dont use it, im just wondering

So, if you used a proxy before. Go VPN instead.

They're basically saying you cannot hide your IP.

Are you serious? player connection doesn't affect server performance, server suck because of poor hardware / server tick rate, you can notice it even with a player that have 4 ping, when he have 25% + speed, teleporting all over and server rubber banding
Also, could be as well poor coded net code lol
Using a VPN is not directly considerable as PROXY, you could have always use a PPTP TCP / UDP VPN using windows feature
