Help for explosive bullets

I play MW2 steam since 6 month and i saw many guys who have explosive bullets.
And i would ask you if you know how to have this hack without getting banned?
Or it is possible to make a explosive bullets script with AHK ?

You need a Mod to have Explosive Bullets.
It gives only one way to Host a Modding Lobby (+ Explosive Bullets with the right Mod): Liberation (program)
But that program is old and [DETECTED].
