open your main folder in mw2 if it's steam version then open iw_xx.iwd files with winrar and just drag the texture files to the opened winrar iw_xx.iwd file each has different number like 00 to 06 .... i hope that i helped

I try to download it but it keeps getting saved as a chrome or explorer file thingy which leads me into a internet site and it dont do shit
