using the restoration system to restore a broken item without using any AP

That's nothing new, they never liked ppl using glitches/exploits.
After searching around for a while without finding any answers I decided to finally start a thread. No one knows the method?
If someone knows of this let me know, i would love to restore my broken weapon lol
