No investigating is needed if you have knowledge of what it is actually doing...
You have to pick one of the nexus functions and one of the HP/MP Bar functions

I explained in full detail how to remedy this very problem with lots of picture.

I also released a newer version of this that is easier to use and includes autoaim

I'm going to guess his problem is with his java install which isn't covered in your howto. @blake37, just install java jdk if your are having troubles opening the .jar/.bat. BTW the mod selector will not run on a mac computer.

Nah he doesn't need the development kit..

Download and install the java runtime environment from here.

I know he doesn't need the jdk... For some reason the jre often fails to set it's environmental variables correctly resulting in people complaining that they can't run the program. Rather than go into the details of why the error was happening it is easier to point to the jdk that doesn't have that problem.
