Best workout to develop noticeable muscles?

    Know any?
I'm thinking about attending westpoint after I graduate from high school. I heard that they interview each candidate to see if he/she looks "manly" enough to attend the school (Manly meaning having huge ass biceps and muscles).

Seriously, I started doing push-ups since last week. I managed to do about 46/day before I get tired. I can now do 55-60. Aside from push ups, what else can I do?

Do a lot of reps light/medium weights if you want to make muscle noticeable.

make your pushups more effective by puttin your hands next to hips, develops shoulders and chest

after you done like 40 pushups get a set of weights lean forward and raise your arms you work on your back, mainly because this moves the lactic acid allowing your to do more pushups with less recovery.

if your have the ball to do that till it hurts and i mean really hurts, 3 times aday
you get ripped, as for getting a 6pack i got mine in like two weeks using a intense workout

I just lift weights. After that, I do push-ups/Curl Ups. And then I do the bar.

what i do. is drink a gatorade bottle filled with creatine. and water. fuck the gatorade.
then do 200 pushups a night. in sets of 50. then do 50 crutches. in sets of 25 if you have to. then go for like a 10-15 minute jog. go home. sleep. repeat.

    i seriously do that
