Theres always been this sort of content but it usually gets ignored. Once you put 18+ it gets everyone to click on it as mature content peaks our interest. Most people dontevalise its a disclosure and liability thing but it's good to encourage that kind of tagging. I browse mpgh at work and with appropriate tag I know to only view that thread when I go take a dump. It hasnt increase content, its increased content awareness.
