Right at the bottom in the middle, about a mile from the river. I get all of the cold air coming down from the mountains, and the cold breeze from the river.

It will be 70 degrees for 2 days in december then the next week the roads will be iced over.

A few years ago We had no school for 4 days because the roads were iced over so badly, two weeks later it was in the 50s-60s.
