the first one is alright in my opnion nothing to improve on asides from the text being too far away. the second one i say lacks a little depth since the clipping masks are too sharp even though they add some flow, the text also stands out a bit too much in the second one even though it does look nice.

They both look awesome and definitely better without the 'collar'. I also like the car on the second one, but i think the left side could be touched up a bit more.
