if you are switching to grenade by mouse wheel try use '4' and run to the nade instead of moving mouse to down.
i don't have this problem, so i don't know what failed. propably you don't give me access to your computer via team viewer or other remote desktop to let me know what's going on.

I hope you are searching in AVA options not in my program settings
In AVA go to the Options, choose Video tab, find Window Mode and check Lobby and In-game

hard to say, for me it's working (someone else have similar problem?)
do you open ava in window mode? it could not working in fullscreen

Same here, I have run the program as administrator. Everything is working perfectly, except for mouse movement. I do the suiciding routine, but when I play the recording back. F5 Works, Mouse movement does not, it just throws the grenade.

My routine of Suiciding:

Press F8 To start recording. I press F5, move mouse to look at ground and right click. When I die, I click Esc to get out of reward menu and F8 to stop recording.

Tried it without ava launched. Mouses movements work perfectly and precisely. In AVA game lobby it works too. So my conclusions is that it works as long as there is a cursor o_O

TESTERS CONTEST
I need some tester for next releases. I don't have time for 'deep' testing on few types of windows or pc configuration. I don't want to release program with slogan 'for me it's working, what do you want from me'. So if you want to help me have time for testing let me know via email.
This way give me more time for developing without wasting time for testing.

Taking part with it gives you earlier access to new versions and improve your chance to undetect it
