What are the best tactics to get unbanned?
I got caught for "Cheating/Exploiting" yesterday, and I'm wondering what the best way to get around it is. I opened a ticket and suggested that someone hacked my account and tried to hack with it. If that doesn't work, what about telling them that I share a computer with my family and my brother tried to do it?
The family one never works, the hacked one probably wont work either, theyll check the ips of where the account logged in and such, sorry man.

AeriaGames will say: "Fuck you." because they can ban without any reason (source: their ToS).

If you got banned cheating, it's because they got proof.
