ProxyCap 4.05 and Vindictus EU

Hi, I've been searching around for two weeks now and still have yet to find a solution to my problem. I've looked here, youtube, a few other sites, and all around google.

I'm using Proxycap 4.05 because from what I've read it's not detected(please,correct me if I'm misinformed).
I want to play Vindictus EU as my boyfriend is in Europe and there will be a few months before I'm able to move there as well and we want a way to spend time together while also being able to play with other friend's and family.

The issue: When I use a Google Chrome proxy app and launch the vindictus client, the client crashes with an error that reads;

"NMManager - Warning"
"[Auth]SSO ??? ??? ??? ???."

(I read on one site from EU->NA; log in through the website and then use proxycap at the loading bar. I don't make it that far with this method)

Now, when I login straight from the EXE I run into another issue. Doesn't matter if I turn proxy cap on at the loading bar, or right before I click to connect to the server I get the following error.

"NM Manger - Warning ??????????."

I've tried reinstalling, direct download from the Vindictus eu website, and using mirror downloads. No matter what I try and when I seem to try it I come across the same problems. I'm hoping someone can explain the issue here or perhaps point me into the right direction. I'm sure there's something easy I overlooked in my searches but any help would be greatly appreciated. I really have searched all around before coming here to ask for help. ;/

Also, if it's of any additional importance I get my IPs from incloack and hidemyass. There's a few other sites I've tried that I can't recall at the moment.

Um.. sorry I think I misspoke. In order to download vindictus eu I needed to change my IP, so I downloaded an extension on google chrome that does that. I had some problems with the web launcher and assumed that was the issue as well and used the same extension to click "Play".

I do have proxycap, which I tried activating upon seeing the logo, and other times when seeing the loading bar in the corner that shows up before the logo.(It's a fiona in a little box in the right hand corner, best way I can describe without pictures)

When I try straight from the exe I don't turn it on until I get the big blue loading bar(like when you're loading into a new map).

I'll keep looking for better proxies to use within proxycap but, and sorry if I sound stupid; when is the exact right time I turn on proxycap from both the exe or the website?
