Rattle Snake Glitch

I didn't see that anyone else has posted this glitch so i figured i would. if you already know this glitch i really dont care =)

This is at bravo site, down stairs on the map rattle snake.
You stab the side of the box with your knife and begin to sprint at the front of the box.
(i did get hit when they test to shoot at me but this is because i was hanging out of the box)
