My buddy who is going for his BA says just visualize the cars schematic. Look at the car and pretend it's turning into the schematic right in front of your eyes, then piece together the parts you need to know for the exam.
So, my exam start TOMORROW! Not like 1 test but like the real deal! If i fuck this up i can start the whole year over...
I live in holland, so Dutch and English i know i will pass. (I HOPE) But i am following vehicle Technology. Mostly cars... they will be testing me on 3 section of vehicle Technology, electro, vehicle and engine. Electro will probebly be starting and charging system. Not a big deal.
Vehicle is basicly everything of the car espect the engine and the wiring (The tires, suspension etc)
Engine is simply the engine and gear box.
If you have any tips for me (So you work or worked with vehicels) WHERE DO I HAVE TO PAY ATTENTION ON?! PLEAS i am stressing here
Dont get me wrong, my grades are alright, but i just dont want to be there standing, not sure what to do with the car.
Pleas some tips.
btw, sorry for bad english....

No problem my bud is happy to help. He says the biggest thing you have to do is just remember the absolute basics and remember that everything works in layers. Like with a schematic where you have the base picture and the rest of the car is layered on top, an actual car can be pictured like that as well to remember small details you normally wouldn't remember. When you need to figure something out for the exam, picture the schematic, build off of the base schematic, and then ask yourself "wait, does this make sense?". This way you don't put the brakes outside of the caliper because of nervousness.
I've got exams just around the corner. Best of luck to you.
