Try call EA Help to move Battlefield 3 with all add-ons (like Premium) on another account.

Just talk to them and if u said u dint hack in one account and got banned in the other one. Call em and tell em to show u some prove in the account that u dint cheat sons of #*$&es

They won't unban you, no matter what you've done or what you prove.
You can still play, if you know how to.
