i got a vip but idk if it is virus, help!

I found this vip on youtube, my avast detected it as a virus.
but i am soooo stupid that i disable it and i downloaded it, i double-click it.
then nothing happened and i used ctrl+alt+delete. and then i saw a process called smdcp.exe, i just finished it. is that a system process?
