Yu-Gi-oh? Are you kidding me? There are so many other worthy things to be stealing. Granted, I'm not in that game anymore but what the fuck dude.
Can you imagine getting a misdemeanor theft charge for that? It's embarrassing. Even if you manage to get it expunged, your friends know what you did.

IT'S TIME TO D-D-D-D-DUEL!
Seriously, Yugioh cards? You should steal the $20 games by the back in the electronics section.
It would, its still a crime no matter what.
I've had friends steal small/worthless items and got caught.
The police do say that they will remove the record after a certain amount of time but it is still there, it never goes away.
I know this because family members have criminal records from 7+ years ago and they still have it :L
Exactly my point before

I know what you mean but still, having that record there will slightly effect your chances of getting a type of job/enrollment into a school.
My dad got deported from France for beating people with baseball bats for breaking into his car (LOL) but he still has a job
that was over 20 years ago though, woah
but yeah, it will still pop up a few times later in life.
I love it when ignorant morons try to talk about something they don't know shit about, and fail horribly. If you're under 18 and it's your first offence, police won't even be involved most of the time.
When they are, it's usually a slap on the wrist non-criminal warning. I got caught, it's a non-criminal charge that only stays on my record in this provice, it can't even come up in searches unless provincial or municipal police search it up.
Try again, dumb ass.
P.S: <3 the "You little piece of shit" + your original all caps rage reply...
Probably a fine. Depends on how much of it you steal..
But oh come on.. Yu-gi-oh?
I played that when I was 8.
For Yu-gi-oh. You'll probably get the death penalty
Well I jack food from fry's a lot, they only caught me once and they let me off on a warning.
Yes, police do get involved. I think you're the one who doesn't know what he's talking about. I've been through this shit plenty of times in my life. I have friends that are policemen, I've had family study law and government. Stop acting like you know it all, you're just lucky the cops in the area you live in didn't do anything that could affect your life. You steal Yu-Gi-Oh cards, don't act all tough. Also, about the record never showing up again, yeah well I spoke to a policewomen about that, they say it but they don't mean it. When you get an actual job other than doing chores for your mother, they do a record check with the police. If you're lucky enough for it to be something that they don't care about then you will most likely get a job.
P.S oh and, stop using these 'butthurt' pictures, you use them because you're losing this debate.
>Losing the debate
>Implying this ad hominem fest was ever a debate to begin with
I don't give a fuck about your Australian law, where I live, a non-criminal record = it's only in this province and it doesn't come up in most general searches. I never acted all tough, but I can see why you would take it that way, used to seeing people stomp all over you, huh? I'm not worried about losing any job opportunities, are you self projecting some insecurities there? Hit a rough patch buddy? Aww, poor thing.
Get just a little bit more angered son, it's amusing to watch.
