Invisible shader chams

When i use a hack that has shader chams , every texture that was replaced with chams goes invisible.
i also try'd to code my own shader chams , same thing.
i search'd in google about that , and i found that i need to update my visual c++ visual c++ redistributable package
and here's all the ones i installed on my computer :


did i miss'd something ?
