MMO Players

Okay, so I want to get into a new style of games... So I decided to choose the "MMO". I would like to know what game I should play to start me off (I want to get ready for The Elder Scrolls Online). Preferably a free game due to a lack of mullah at the moment, or something that can be pirated and play on cracked servers and what not (Preferably with a link).

well judging that TES:Online will be a MMORPG, strart with a MMORPG. WoW is a good one to play on private servers and can be downloaded. Tera Online is another one that you could try out, it's free. Dekaron is an "old" MMORPG that is a good one and a personal favorite from my top 5 - recommend it

If you do a WoW private server, play classic. All other versions of WoW are trash and too easy.

Age Of Conan went f2p on Steam not long ago.

Massive download file but well worth it. That shit is hardcore, the combat system is awesome too.
You can actually do combos and fatalities. Tons of quests. The game is from late 2007 but the graphics still look decent to this very day.
Oh, and tits. Girl characters can practically get butt ass naked and run around with their tits out.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend getting into MMORPGs, or any MMO any really.

Most MMORPGs are old, and any game is basically just trying to out do WoW with all the shit WoW doesn't have, or they're just cloning WoW with almost identical gameplay. Also, a lot of the time to have a good time, and have amazing gear, and be able to brag about all your amazing gear... It's usually meaning you're going to be hardcore. You'll be joining a Top 25 guild and raiding on a weekly schedule.

And I mean, don't get me wrong you don't have to put in the time and effort to do all that, but I find that the point of an MMO. To get to maxlvl, go end game raiding with a good guild, and then brag about getting world first, or having amazing T7 gear. (Or whatever tier your expansion is on.)

Which in this case, you're going to have to have A LOT of free time on your hands, and by the way... Elder Scrolls: Online looks like garbage. (I know you have your opinion, and I have mine. So deal with it.)

P.S This is coming from an ex-GM in a Top 5 in EQ2, back when it was a subscription, and it wasn't so shitty... (The Bekween Alliance for all you wondering. )
