MAT shuts down when i start it

so i have all new updates instalwd my sistem is win7 ultimate 64x but when i try to start mat it shuts down all the time throwing out the window that says MAT.exe has stoped working ... so can sumbudy help me with this problem ?

same with me lah TT go find mat system files replace ~
