set the "mainpage" to black

hey, i'd like to know if there is a way to put the region after loggin where we see like "LCS" or "News" because i got a bot that click like a retard on that i don't know why and when it has to select the champ, it can't cuz it has open a stupid new googlechrome tab with Freljord site or LCS -.-.
