How to completely remove any evidence of hacks?

Hello. So i play Combat arms, and im in a high ranked clan. I dont hack in combat arms, but i tried to download a few yesterday... My clan teamviewes everyone once a month. how can i completely remove an evidence of hacks?!

lol, just delete the files, (alsow dele out the trash can thing) and delete download and browser memory.

1) insert windows CD.
2) boot from CD
3) delete current partition
4) install windows
5) win

2. right click Local Disk (C)
3. Click Format
4. Once the pop up opens, click start

Its usually obvious, and gay clans usually ask you to TeamView.

You could always throw your tower out the window, that can help sometimes.
