Is it just me, or does the client also feel a bit... laggy?
In a different client, I average 120ish fps, but in this one I average 30fps.

Yes, the graphic settings are lowered, no nothing else is going on in the background. Any idea?

Edit: It seems like it just takes much longer to load chunks I haven't been in in the present client.

This is a problem with Rei's minimap. I've encountered it in plain vanilla (with Rei's) on certain servers.

At least you can connect, due to the server I want to play on needs Minecraft forge and when I try to instal MF on this mod it gives me a java exception error .
