2. Extract Anywhere
3. Run as Admin
4. Put on the process of the game
5. Select type of injection
6. Put the DLL
7. Start the Game
8. Enjoy Hacking

There's no such thing as "Injecting DLCs". This is used to inject dynamic-linking-libraries.
Some hacks are in that format and this is the only way to load them.
