I do not currently have that. I have not managed to make my own legendary weapon yet, I am only half way. Also it would be extremely expensive. It would be cheaper to just buy the legendary than to pay someone to make it using your account.

There is only one that I know of that I have seen for sale in the past week. It is on EU servers though. It went for $645... And it was the twilight I think.
