Well i was thinking like thread makers could make like requirements to view the thread for eg. minimum 50 posts or 1 month old , above 5 thanks or certain rank etc.?

You can never stop the leechers. This would in turn just increase the number of spammers.

Also this is a game hacking website. A place where people share hacks and tools , you can't prevent users from downloading some certain hacks.
