+15 Runes available in EU, so the Premium Enchant Runes

they didn't changed item usage.. It simply never worked after +11 despite the initial description..

so Nexon EU is money grabbers and scammers?

Great that atleast someone has those runes. For people like me, where you can try 89 times and fail to +11, these runes will help ALOT.

Probably will come to NA soon, NA nexon seems to only do the nx shop updates.

IF the +11 comes to NA, hell yes. I'll be here until the day +15 runes are available.

Before, if ever, +15 runes will be announced ...
Enchantment limit would rise even higher and i bet they will buff chance percentages accordingly.
So that previous owners of high level enchantment items would feel that disappointment.
You know ... for shts and giggles to keep vindictus community displeased with their actions.
They never cease to disappoint (at least enchantment vise)

Lol more expensive than the enchant rune

Everyone who bought the rune in a specific time period got compensated. They could keep the rune + receive NX bad.

I just don't know of the people who revived their weapon to try the rune out, if they got the AP back
