It's not the application that is slow its the click per se that you've set. The higher you set it the longer it takes to respond.

The higher you set the MS the longer it takes between each shot. 1000 is equal to 1 second delay when firing, 100 is 100th a second 10 is 10th of a second. I personally use 17. Hope this solves the recent issues people are having with slow firing, if that doesn't fix the problem then try checking to see if your ping is high.

Yes, now you set your AVA shoot button to the middle mouse button.

It shouldn't really matter when you open this or AVA, I don't seem to have issues with it running beforehand.
