Free water is all over the streets. We got water tanks free for use by anyone. Also, if you're a Saudi, if you can't find a job, you get paid around 900$ a month. Well no shit, Dubai is the only good thing about the middle east. One guy decided instead of sitting on his immense wealth, he would make everyone around him wealthy, what do you expect?
