Only Europe and America?

Is this game really available for europe and america only? :s
Im from Mauritius (located in the indian ocean) and im currently downloading the game. Would i be able to play?

It's also available in south america but you're probably too far away from any servers. Even if you do get into one, you'll be lagging so much it wouldn't be fun. Maybe if a server was opened in Asia but I don't know :/
