I need help with private Server making.

My friends and I have been trying to make private servers since a few days ago, and I need help. I tried these three tutorials,(

EXACTLY WITHOUT ANYTHING WRONG, and they always have an error. I need help pls. If you sucessfully help me, I will give you all of my nothings.

2 out of those 3 tutorials won't help you make a private server. Well, one will..... but it's for BotMaker's old java server, which is very far behind the MMOEmpire server in development.
If you follow my tutorial correctly, it will work. You also might want to supply some more information in order for me/someone to help you.

When I follow Your (Owlupus's) MMOE server, I get a glitch when I click server,exe.
And when I use Botmaker's, When I run webserv.exe it says Can't open exe file.
And I don't get the batch file thing.
