See other players without HRV on?

A week ago I was playing with my clan and it was fun. Although something really cool happened. Someone threw a Flashbang nade at me while I was in HRV, and when I came out of HRV, I could still see the blue and orange players running around the map, even while shooting and all. It was really cool until like 10 seconds later when someone sniped me. This hasn't happened before and it hasn't happened ever since. I feel stupid not taking a snapshot >_<

Would anyone like to test this out for themselves? Is it possible to exploit this glitch and make it a really badass hack? Discuss.

this is a glitch but its cool same thing can happen with this no recoil glitch i found . U need the giddy up , gangnam style taunt , use taunt then scope and shoot , instant no recoil and spread but only for a few secs ...
