When I used it with the SKIDROW version, it unlocked the Madness and Supremacy packs as well.

Ok, but it doesn't for the Steam version.

The .exe crashes on launch for me. Anybody else have this issue? I'm in Win7 x64

1-Try redownload

2- Right click the exe. and then run as administrator.

Win 7 x64 here and have had no problems.

Do you have the game running when you try to modify your profile, by any chance? because you're not supposed to.

No, you will not. Steam or GBX could care less what you do will saves or profile. This applies to SP and Online.
