Glitching Setup
Hello all, I will show you how to set up Fraps or Bandicam to glitch 
Fraps:
1. Go To "Movies"
2. Set the video capture Setting to 4 FPS;
3. Enable the option "Lock Framerate while recording";
4. You're done, you can now start glitching.
Bandicam:
1. Go to "FPS";
2. Set your FPS Limit to 4 FPS;
3. Enable the option "Only When Capturing";
4. You're done, you can now start glitching.
This is the most complete tutorial on how to set up these programs to glitch, maybe you could make this thread sticky @iSmexy
