Here are some tuts on how to get Addresses.

For swim - (you could do this in training mode)

go in game and prone.

first - 2 bytes - set value to 2 (exact value for all)

go back to game and crouch - next scan - value: 1

stand up - next scan - value : 0

if you have a lot of addresses, keep doing this until you have one left. when you have the last address, change that value to 4.

Hope, i get a UCE..
RC Control - while you're in air swimming, go to vehicle and press f to get in. Then go back to UCE and change the value of swim address to 0 for RC control.

Unlim. Stamina.
first scan - 4bytes - unknown initial value.
Roll/jump/run until your stamina is empty
next scan - decreased value
when stamina fills up, search for increased val.
do these steps a few times. you'll get one static address left (green address) and just freeze it.

Super Jump
scan 4 bytes unknown initial val.

climb a ladder to get to higher place
search for increased value (next scan)
go down the ladder, and search for decreased val.
do these steps a couple of times until you get one address left.
