but if you're wanting to use hotkeys without the form being focused, RegisterHotkey API is one way to go. Its simple

I know, he said he wanted the hotkey to register only when the window is not focused.
My solution was to put a simple if/then inside of the hotkey detection code, aka, RegisterHotkey API.

Didn't mean it that way, not ONLY when its unfocused lol. Either way this has been solved.
