You're stupid, as soon as the liquid nitrogen comes into contact with air, it will vaporise. Just like @Aborted said. You would only get frostbite or w/e if you dip your hand into a container full of the stuff...

If you have a large amount then it wont vaporize right away so if you were to fill a larger water gun all the way up it could for one explode if the gun is airtight or it could just break open and spill out.

liquid nitrogen doesn't vaporize that fast as to be gone before it reaches someone holding a gun of it but in the small amount most water guns would shoot out it wouldn't get that far if it even worked.

liquid nitrogen weapon would be ineffective and pretty dangerous to yourself. but having a small container to pour on padlocks to make them brittle and shatter isnt a bad idea

Its pressurized to multiple bars worth of pressure, otherwise it would remain in its gaseous state, compressing a gas down enough produces a liquid and if you can get a couple million bars worth of pressure you can even get the material to become a solid. The problem with shooting out a liquid nitrogen or any other material of the type is that once you release it into the atmosphere there isn't enough pressure to keep it liquid, thus vaporizing almost instantaneously, there is literally no way to keep it a liquid without the pressure and once its in the open atmosphere you have no way of keeping it pressurized.

Not necessarily. In a lab enviroment (chilled room so things dont decay) you can pour it on the ground/table and it will stay a few moments

No it wouldn't it when you dump it out it only vaporizes fast when it hits the ground you will lose some in the air but not enough to safely dump it on your foot.

its also good to note that if you were even able to get nitrogen into something like a water gun, the gun would eventually explode when nitrogen begins to vaporize and pressurize the tank. Gas takes up multitudes more volume than a liquid does, and even though a water gun is able to take a few PSIs worth of pressure in its tank, the volume of gas being vaporized would quickly exceed the limits of the gun, causing failure and possibly maiming you at the least. You would also get splashed with whatever remaining liquid nitrogen causing even more bodily harm

I rate this idea a 0/10, especially since you have no fucking clue of any of the physics going on. The fact that you didn't even mention physics in your initial post shows you're not even close to ready to attempt such a thing.
