Can't Make A Combat Arms Account

Hello, I am currently IP banned and so is my friend. I used a VPN before to create him an account and it worked perfectly fine. (Used Tor) But now.. Whenever I try to create an account it says: "You do not meet the requirements to register for an account" I made sure the yahoo and combat arms account is both over 13. There around the age of 20. Any suggestions? Playing Combat Arms NA.

I did.. I made over 10 accounts and they just give the same error.

Download HotSpot Shield, turn it on. Create a new account.

If you're able to do it, go to a public place with computer and create one or ask one of your friend to do it

So many accounts have been made and banned through my IP and it's never been banned. So weird. Anyway use another VPN or library...Walmart hiring center...xD
