vac banned?

so if i use hacks on nonsteam css and i have css on my steam account whit the same key will i get vac banned might be a noob question sorry

Vac bans the steam account not they key. You should be fine doing it, and if you get banned on a nonsteam css server you cant just re-install the game and the ban should be gone
