Where can i find a champion skin changer?

I use to have a champion skin changer for league but i removed it and i cannot find it again, if someone could link me to get it, it's the one where only you can see it i forget what it's called tho.

Skin Installer Ultimate works well. Type this in google: SIU LoL

its the top link.

BOL (Bot Of Legends) is good if u like scripts and just normal riot skins, but SIU is better cos you can get custom skins off leaguecraft.

Don't forget Dargon mod installer as well. I found that one a lot better than SIU!
