I Got The Problem Fixed I Had The Same Problem.....means U Are Hardware Banned Use The Tutorial That Teaches U How To Unban Hardware Ban....its A Sticky

trust me its a ban i tried everything including format my hard drive thats when i realized it must be a ban and it was a ban so they TUT worked use it
