My brother used to let me use his paypal for buying stuff on ebay and his paypal got limited awhile back.

I was just able to get a refund of $50 from a failed buyer, who decided he'd rather try to scam than be honorable.

So the problem is, we're both under 18, but we can use our parents debit cards for confirmation.

how should we go about this?

I suggest removing limitations however you can then sending the money over to your parents PayPal (If they have one). After that just delete it and go about getting your own debit card so you can have a legit PayPal account.

Honestly, this is the best thing that you can do if you aren't 18. Its what I had done before I turned 18 and it work good for the most part.
