I get it if you don't like the movies, especially the prequels with Hayden Christensen, but the games are nothing like the movies. They all usually follow their own story in a different time period. I highly suggest trying some of the old ones out.

My recommendations are:

• Jedi Knight: Mysteries of the Sith
• Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast
• Jedi Knight: Jedi Academy
• Star Wars Battlefront 1 & 2
• Knights of the Old Republic 1 & 2

The KotoR games are incredible RPG's. I highly recommend those.

Hey thanks for the cool reply, I was also thinking of trying the mmorpg star wars old republic I think It's called. I'm getting really bored of WoW and I tried D3 I really like it but I'ts not my type of game. Would you have any suggestions on what game I could play similar to WoW

stay away from kotr..trust me..played it when it was P2P and it was meh at most, now that it's F2P it's utter shit.
play rift instead, much better
also i played WoW for ~5 years and i can say rift is alot more fun not to mention challenging, something WoW has been lacking since TBC

I do believe a few people from here play RIFT as well as Neverwinter, i'm not sure who though so you'll have to ask around.
And once the Elder Scrolls Online is out i know a few people that will be all over it.

Honestly, the MMORPG "The Old Republic" had a ton of hype before release, but BioWare completely flopped on it. It really isn't that great. I don't play many MMORPG's like WoW, so I couldn't give you any recommendations on that. WoW feels like a high-end version of RuneScape to me.

Honestly, the MMORPG "The Old Republic" had a ton of hype before release, but BioWare completely flopped on it. It really isn't that great. I don't play many MMORPG's like WoW, so I couldn't give you any recommendations on that. WoW feels like a high-end version of RuneScape to me.

offline RPG's (Elder Scrolls series, Mass Effect series, the old KotoR games)
Action/dventure games (Far Cry 3, FC: Blood Dragon, Just Cause 2, Metro 2033, Metro: Last Light, Assassin's Creed series)
MOBA's (League of Legends mainly)
And strategy/simulation games (Sid Meier's Civilization 4 & 5, Cities XL 2012).
