You need to meet these's requirements
-You need to know how to play
-You got to have played DayZ for more than 5 Months
-You should be mature
-And finally you need to be good at...
~We need 2 snipers
~1 Medic
~1 Looter
~2 soldiers
~Me I can be what ever (It depends on the scenario)

I don't think you should be asking for mature people when you're 12 and then gloating that you can play anything. Also the point of a video game is to have fun so I can't really see anyone wanting to join you.
