    Sorry i am beginner but i want to know what is that MW3 dedicated server ?
    IS that the game is free i can download it ?

    A dedicated server is basically a MW3 server you can host yourself where people can join using the "Server Browser" feature. You need to have your ports opened for this though. Anyways, you can set the server up to your liking, customize game modes and set maps you want to play. You can then join the server and play with others who join it as well.
