When i write it it doesn't appear.

How do you mean "enable" the character? If you're referring to creating a character, the letters like "!, ?, ",/,'" and etc aren't valid characters.

Hold down SHIFT and press ~ (the first button on the left from ENTER) then type in the command (/makeitem, /loadmonster) etc
